International Projects and Development Cooperation Service
This service aims to position the Barcelona's Provincial Council and its territory on the international stage. Furthermore, it contributes to the generation and acquisition of knowledge regarding multilateral, international and European dynamics, as well as global agendas; and ensures a presence in those transnational networks critical to achieving our objectives. The service also maintains the corporation's solidarity commitment to the economic, social and human development of other territories.
This service is structured into two sections. One for Europe, the Mediterranean, Africa and Humanitarian Aid; and another section for Latin America and the Caribbean, which includes the coordination of the EU-Latin America and Caribbean Decentralised Cooperation Observatory.
