Generation with IA of administrative documents of urbanisme

This proof of concept (PdC) implements a tool based at artificial intelligence (IA) to automate the generation of drafts of documents urbanístics, like the Certificate of Diet Urbanístic and the Report of Compatibility Urbanística. The system consults official fonts, interprets normative urbanística and generates maps and normative texts of form structured, reducing the charge of technical work and on the mend it traçabilitat.

Singled out results:

• 80% of the cases with usable draft without intervention
• Cut of the 80% at the time of review
• Half time for certificate: 5–10 minutes
• Integration with official fonts (MUC, RPUC, SITMUN)
• Chat IA for query of instruments urbanístics

Recommendation: Standardise the final format of the documents, define protocols of exception and cement the system for his stretch at other processes urbanístics.
