🚏21 Gestió del turisme sostenible des de la governança de les dades

Peter Drucker sentenciava "Si no ho pots mesurar, no ho pots millorar". Aquesta cita resumeix de forma breu el que a dia d'avui es pot associar a la governança de les destinacions turístiques des de les dades. Ens trobem en un moment clau en el qual la gestió intel·ligent dels territoris passa indubtablement per la implantació de la cultura de la dada. En aquest sentit, des de fa uns anys, l'Ajuntament de Calella treballa en la creació d'un Sistema d'Intel·ligència Turística que permeti traduir la informació en coneixement per a la presa de decisions. Altrament, aquesta eina ha de permetre donar visibilitat a un banc de dades accessible i sostenible en el temps a ciutadania i teixit empresarial interessat en conèixer l'impacte del turisme a Calella.
