Riba-bids: Xatbot citizen for a clear public contracting and accessible

Riba's the City council-red of Túria has furthered a proof of concept to improve the fit at the public contracting by means of one xatbot citizen and an interactive finder of the Plan of Contracting. The initiative seeks to delete barriers of fit, foster the turnout of the PIMEs and reduce the administrative charge of the municipal personnel.
