Justification of the subsidies

This proof of concept (PdC) implements a tool based at artificial intelligence (IA) to automate the review of justifications of subsidies. The system analyses the coherence among the data contributed by the entities and the decrees/requests associated, detecting incongruences and generating reports for the parts implied.

Singled out results:

• Cut of the 80% at the time of review
• Superior reliability at the 80% at the extraction of data
• Complete processing at an only day for record
• Automation of the process with alarms for technicians

Recommendation: Cement the implementation, improving the management of concepts and adapting the system at records with multiple requests for decree.
