It PdC deployed at Gavà validates the use of virtual assistants, assistants guided and reminders via WhatsApp to improve the electronic processing and the citizen attention. The project evidences that the combination of artificial intelligence and accessible digital canals can reduce the formalities abandoned, improve the management of previous dates and facilitate the digital inclusion.
